Convert2Any provides online file conversion services, including but not limited to:

• PDF conversion (to/from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images)
• Image format conversion
• PDF manipulation (merge, split, compress, rotate, watermark, edit)
• Other file conversion and processing tools

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during our beta release phase.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

3.2 File Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and convert the files you upload to our Service.

4. File Storage and Deletion

Important: All files uploaded to Convert2Any are:

• Temporarily stored on our secure servers for processing
• Automatically deleted after 60 minutes
• Not backed up or archived
• Not accessible to other users

We are not responsible for any loss of files or data. You should maintain your own backup copies of all files.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and content (excluding user files), is owned by Convert2Any and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Files

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, convert, and deliver your files back to you. This license expires when your files are deleted (after 60 minutes).

6. Limitations and Restrictions

6.1 File Size Limits

• Maximum file size: 100MB per file
• File size limits may be adjusted without notice

6.2 Usage Limits

We may implement rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure fair access for all users and prevent abuse of the Service.

6.3 Beta Release

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. We are continuously improving the Service based on user feedback.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• File conversions will be 100% accurate or meet your expectations
• All file formats will be supported
• The Service will be available at all times
• Defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data, files, or content
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Errors in file conversions
• Unauthorized access to your files

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convert2Any, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Files you upload to the Service

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time
• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Discontinue the Service entirely

You may stop using the Service at any time. Your files will be automatically deleted after 60 minutes.
